You may return any item purchased from Oram Security's online store for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. The product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the form of a check and store credit for opened items. If returning an opened item, please include a written note as to why the product is being returned. We would like to use this information to better serve our customers.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period.
